All intellectual property rights, including software, code, design assets, documentation, and branding, remain the exclusive property of Quantum Tech Stack unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during project execution. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
Clients agree to pay all invoices according to agreed contract terms. Late payments may result in suspension of services or additional fees.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantum Tech Stack shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services for violation of these terms or misuse of our systems.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, India.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
